“Fab House for a weekend with Friends” We stayed at Peacehaven Palace in July for my sister's Hen weekend. I had done a lot of research for where to stay for a weekend in Brighton and choose the house as it offered the most amount of space and value for money for 16 of us. The house was absolutely amazing with so much space for such a large group! The living space downstairs was beautiful and we loved using the huge kitchen/dining area for entertaining. Bedrooms and bathrooms beautifully decorated and we loved the huge mirror in the hall way for getting ready! We were lucky enough to have good weather and used the outside area for eating/sun bathing with benches for eating enough for 20. The pool was a great addition although a little pricy to heat for the weekend so we just used it to dip our legs in but great to have all the same. The house is a little bit out of Brighton centre but cabs were not expensive and we managed to get in and out of the centre very easily. Its an amazing house for a weekend with friends and my sister absolutely loved it! Anna was very helpful with any questions answered promptly.

“Fantastic Easter Break” Brilliant views of the beach from balcony. All the local amenities just a walk away. Spacious and cosy flat with all the equipment we needed especially strong wifi as we used our gadgets a lot! Close to Chichester and we enjoyed a drive to Winchester too. Thank you Karen for all your kind welcoming hospitality and we look forward to our next visit.

“Beautiful home for the week.” We had such a wonderful time at Broomfield House. The owners met us on arrival to ensure we knew everything that we need to know about the house and were very caring and helpful. The house itself is in a great position to enjoy Brighton and the surrounding country side. We also spent a lot of our week at home in the garden in the sunshine. We would love to visit again. Thanks

“Break in Brighton for 6 ladies and 6 babies” I organised to stay here with 5 friends and our children (all about 3 months old) The apartment was perfect for us as layout was very social. Good quality furnishings and perfectly located for people wanting to wonder around Brighton.

“suited or needs perfectly” Needed to find somewhere close to Eastbourne and that would also accommodate a dog. On the beach was a perfect find. The property was spotless and well equipped. Plenty of parking space. It's a very peaceful location. All being well we'd certainly use 'On the beach' again.

“Cool apartment + great location” I stayed at the Brighton Rock Beach Apartment for 3 nights with 3 mates for my birthday. The location is brilliant, literally a few minutes walk from Brighton Pier and the seafront is at the bottom of the road. Kemptown is on your doorstep - late night convenience shop up the road, greasy spoon cafe round the corner, 3 small supermarkets and a number of pubs and restaurants extremely close by. The city centre/shops are also a very short walk away - whether it's the Brighton Lanes or North Laine. The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably - the main bedroom has an incredibly comfy memory foam mattress (with a king size bed) and there is an inflatable air mattress (with pump) which sleeps 2 and also a fold out z-bed which could also sleep 2 small people. (You only get 1 double duvet for these 2 though). The place is probably better suited to 2 couples or a family with kids than a group of friends but I was lucky as my mates decided that I could have the king size bed all to myself as it was my birthday, just as well as most of them snore loudly! The lounge is reasonably big and there's Sky+ HD, free wi-fi as well as a Blu-Ray/DVD player for pre or post going out entertainment. Main bedroom has a 50 inch LED TV which is connected to the Sky box in the lounge. Kitchen is stocked up with cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer etc. There's a small private patio area with a table and 4 chairs outside - but it is overlooked by the upper floors of the building. Shower room/toilet is ok. Two of my mates had trouble with the hot water but I never had any problems. The owner Carl is always close at hand for any problems and he only lives up the road but we never had to call him for anything. There are steps leading down to the front door so this may not be suitable for people with disabilities, also mind your head when you go up the stairs, I'm pretty short and I still smacked my head once! You can park for free on Queen's Park Road - but you might struggle to get a space at the weekend. We arrived late on Thursday afternoon and there was only 2 or 3 free spaces. Otherwise you can buy parking permits from Carl to park close by and for cheaper than the normal parking meter price. I've stayed in 3 different apartments in Brighton and this was one of the best. Definitely recommended and would definitely go back there again! Complimentary bottle of wine and Milk Tray too!
