“Excellent Villa in great location” Staying in this villa really made our holiday. It was lovely and clean when we arrived with plenty of towels in all the bedrooms, even towels to use around the pool. There's just so much space inside and the outside space is great too. Our boys loved the football and basketball nets but not as much as the pool :-) We had a couple of problems but Valery the owner was quick to respond and resolve and was extremely friendly. Would highly recommend a visit as though in a lovely quiet spot was just a couple of minutes from the Plaza Del Duque shopping center which has a supermarket which sold everything we needed, and a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to lots of restaurants. We had planned to hire a car but in the end didn't bother as there was just no need.

“Superb !!” We Stayed in this apartment for one week in April 2013. We have stayed in benalmedena a few times before but mainly on the coast and not up beside Arroyo. But we were pleasantly surprised with the plenty of good quality bars and restaurant's in the area. Before we had even arrived at the apartment the attention to detail was outstanding. The owners emailed us frequently prior to going with every bit of information and advice possible. We were met at the apartment buy the "meet and greet"guy as arranged who explained everything about the apartment. We also received a welcome pack of bread ,milk ,water,butter etc until we got a chance to go to the supermarket. The apartment itself was immaculate. Everything there that you could possibly need .It felt like home from home almost immediately .We would definitely go back and I would recommend it to anyone. John & Sharon Blyth Northumberland

“Beautiful and quite” We stayed in Villa Papaz christmas/new years and had a wonderful vacation. The house is tastefull furnished, with comfertable bedrooms, large and practical kitchen plus a lovely patio and the best pool area we have experianced. The view is stunning.About the pool, it was heated so it was no problem swimming although it was not the warmest period of the year. In addition the bearbeque arrangement was very nica, and we could even use the barbeque as a fire place in the nights, really nice! Villa papaz is spacious and is perfect for 2 famileys. The loaction is very good, only a short drive to the nearets beach and good conviniente stores are very close by. We highly recommend the house and will for sure come back!!

“Fantastic apartment” We have just come back from our fifth visit to Mick and Sue's apartment, so that speaks for itself. Everything is so local, shops buses English shop bottom of the road. Two big supermarkets both in waliking distance Plenty of places to eat.There is everything in the apartment which you need. Weather was fantastic. “The real Spain!” We stayed for three weeks in this lovely, typically Spanish town house. It is very well equipped and most comfortable. We were joined by our friends for the last week and had a wonderful holiday. We were very lucky with the weather and spent many hours sitting in one of the two outdoor areas. Estepona is full of tapas bars and we couldn't believe how cheap they were. We celebrated our friend's birthday out there and he took us to Robbies. What an amazing restaurant! If you like OTT decoration (as we do) this is the place for you. Great ambience and superb cooking. We cannot thank the owner of 23 Calle Chorro enough. She was so very kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. This is a must go place.

“What a super villa” Spent 10 wonderful days at this villa with daughter,son-in-law,13 year old and 3 year old grandsons,superb villa and fantastic pool....even though the waterfall was not working at that time,reported this and agents came out straight away.good surroundings ie beaches,shops and various eateries,great supermarket opposite villa.Villa had everything you would need..."home from home",only negative would be the fact that there isnt any air con! The fans really arn't man enough in August!!!!but apart from that we all love love loved it and didn't want to leave,wall to wall sunshine and hot, hot,hot.would return tomorrow if possible.

“Great Apartment, Extremely Helpful and Organised Owner” Very impressed with the apartment which was in a good location, clean and well-equipped. Great to have wifi and a TV with English channels as we were in in the evenings because we were travelling with my young daughter. We had been worried that the pool would be cold, but it was in fact pleasantly warm. It is easy to walk to the sandy beaches - you have a choice and hit them whether you go right or left. The beach immediately behind the apartments is a stone beach and where all the surfers go - great to watch (especially sitting in one of the restaurants right next to the apartment with a Sangria to sip on!) The booking process was very easy and Richard, the owner, is wonderfully helpful and organised. He gave us lots of information before we went, and was extremely quick to respond to any queries we had. On arrival we found that we couldn't open the patio doors because they had been jammed by the previous tenants; Richard ensured that this was rectified very swiftly, was great at communicating with us and very apologetic. As Richard knew that we were staying in for dinner on a couple of the evenings he recommended an Indian restaurant/takeaway across the road in the City Centre shopping centre. We very much enjoyed the food and the owner, Patwal, was very friendly.

“Laderas del mediterano” Apartment was clean and tidy. Everything you need in the apartment(apart from euro plug adaptor which we usually take) so the supermarket run was just for essentials no messing about because you need something at midnight). 5 mins from the beach! Plenty of places to eat on the beach road and nearby. Needed to speak to Helen a few times before and twice whilst there..she responded immediately most times and if not within minutes. And dont worry the two times in Spain were one for directions and the other for a bit of help which she sorted out within the hour. it was very quiet at night and the pool is amazing. Just dont book it the week i want it.

“Perfect family break” Superb. Great location, only 40 minutes from the airport and close to local beaches and restaurants. The appartment itself was great for a family, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. “Such good value for money and even better than its pictures” We were so excited when we got inside the apartment because it was so much more than we had expected. Situated in a great central (very pretty) spot in Frigiliana village, it is a very homey apartment with everything you could need for your stay, and spotless and fresh-smelling on arrival. We particularly appreciated the home TV channels and piles of area information tips including recommended restaurants, travel to Nerja, the local outdoor pool and many more. You will love it here.

“Very good but!” The bungalow by Cala Gran in Cala D'or is in a lovely complex and an ideally located close to the town. The bungalow is as close to the beach as you can get which can be good or bad depending on what you want. The bungalows are close together without being invasive which is perfect. Although there are plenty of steps down from the road and up from the beach. The apartment itself is nicely finished, although certainly not as pristine as the photos suggest and the bathrooms could do with updating. The facilities cover the basics, just about and not much else. Don't expect a welcome pack or a mid week laundry service or a dvd collection or anything but you have everything you need. Just! You're paying handsomely for the location and that's it but it is a pretty impressive location. The swimming pool within the complex is an added bonus but the location is key, close to town and beach. Perfect! The only reason for the very good rating is the mealy mouthed provisions in the apartment, that could have tipped it into the excellent bracket but it was certainly disappointing. Would I go back..yes. Is it a good location..yes. Was it worth the money..maybe. Was the €100 plus booking fee justified..no!

“Very good place to stay” It's a beautyfull apartment, very superior design and a truly fabulous place: near the sea and all amenities (supermarket, shops, bike path / pedestrian, restaurants and bars). Two double bedrooms (one without window) and a large and bright living. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. Large bathroom with shower and two sinks, a washing machine. Spacious terrace with sea view on one side. The terrace is furnished with table and 6 chairs. Everything was clean and cozy and the people very helpful and kind. Lovely pool with sun loungers. An exceptional place.

“A wonderful stay at El Conde” This appartment has it all. The setting is beautiful. From the balcony and from the bedroom window there are views of the sea and the evening sunsets. It is right next to the beach but I preferred to take advantage of the rooftop swimming pool as it is often deserted and has spectacular views of the ocean. The appartment itself is tastefully furnished and a bed to die for! Loved the fact that it had a washing machine and a hair dryer. I am very much looking forward to my next stay in this very special appartment. Emma is lovely.

“A little piece of paradise” We have just returned from the most relaxing 12 day holiday we've ever had. Flew into Malaga, and drive of less than one took us to our holiday home. A beautiful apartment within stunning grounds, and set in a fabulous location with views of the mountains and the sea; the only sound you can hear from the garden is bird-song. The apartment was finished and furnished to a very high standard, and even had British TV. Very clean inside and out. The extensive gardens were immaculately kept, with the pool being our favourite aspect of the holiday. It was a little piece of paradise and we truly relaxed while we were there. We have found a wee gem and will definitely be going back next summer.

“11 days of bliss” Booked this on the basis of other good reviews about Don Joaquin and not disappointed. Don Joaquin is a lovely small apartment block development-quiet, exceptionally well kept, lovely gardens and secure parking. Apartment was a really good size and well furnished. Great layout and 2 bathrooms which is a real bonus. Got the morning sun on the balcony which had a great lookout and partial sea view. Need to take a hair dryer but that's all. Flat screen 42ins TV with Freeview and could probably get Sky if you take your own card. We didn't use the Air Con as didn't need it. Very good communication with the friendly owners who were very helpful with advise regarding car hire, area info and very prompt return of deposit upon return of keys. There was everything you needed in local area although we did hire a car because we wanted to explore .You can look at this apartment on You Tube which we did. A very good holiday from start to finish.

“A most delightful holiday” We have recently returned from a most delightful holiday, with three couples, at the "Yorkshire Rose" Villa. This villa boasts all the comforts of home and more, upstairs lounge, dining area and kitchen all nicely blend into one another, the kitchen has all the mod cons you would ever want from toaster, dish washer, washing machine to microwave, and I must not forget to mention the American fridge/freezer with external ice and water dispensers, and (most important) ample storage for all your beers and wines, ha ha. The lounge comes complete with Sky TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, and "wow" free wifi. The stairs lead down to the four bedrooms, each with its own toilet and shower/bathroom, two of which are ensuite. Four bathrooms proved very useful, when everyone was getting ready to go out in the evening. Three of the bedrooms lead straight onto the large patio and into the decent size swimming pool, around the pool are plenty of quality sun beds , chairs, a couple of parasols and a barbecue area. We enjoyed a few quiet days relaxing round the pool, and although there are neighbouring villas, the pool area is very private. The villa has a parking area of its own for your hire car, and a limited sea view, it stands on a quiet road, but nowhere in the relaxed resort are you any more than a 5 minute walk from the sea front, shops and bars. We shall definitely consider returning in the future and would recommend this villa to anyone, whether families with kids or just adults.

“Magnificent Dream Villa.” Myself and my husband have just returned from a fantastic holiday at Casa May. We have stayed in alot of villas in Corralejo over the last few years but Casa May definitely tops the lot. It's position is perfect, only a short stroll into the shops and restaurants, close to the beach with its beautiful walks. It was immaculately clean, beautifully and comfortably furnished, fantastically equipped, very private but most of all felt homely and very safe. We met Kelly (the lady who looks after it) and she is indeed a lady who is extremely nice and so helpful.The villa looks beautiful in the photographs but it is so much nicer in reality. We are returning to Corralejo in August and are devastated that it is not available to rent but we will definitely be back next year. Overall , I could not fault anything. It was the most peaceful, hassle free holiday we have ever taken. I felt safe which is a rare thing nowadays. Thanks to Ken, the owner, for making the whole process of renting the villa so easy. It was a pleasure to stay here and we can't wait to return.
