“Cracking Villa lovely location” We had a fantastic week staying at the Villa Carina. Our first trip to Sardiia. Initially we were looking for somewhere with a pool but eventually decided budget didn't stretch to give us that plus accomodation we liked the look of and given proximity to the beach it would not matter. Was an excellent call, we had a brilliant week. For a family of 4 (2 girls aged 6 and 3) the villa was perfect. Clean, well kept, well equiped, nice quiet location with views through the trees to the med and archipelago. Playing late evening games with the girls on the roof terrace as the sun set was a highlight. Local beach was OK for a quick dip in the sea but the owner's recomendations of their favourite beaches a short drive away were brilliant as was recomendations of restaurants. Communication both before and after the trip from the owner was brilliant. Ferry trip and day spent driving round Maddalena Island was a highlight. Didn't think beaches came much better than those local to the villa untill we discovered those dotted around the island.

Absolutely stunning Villa!!

Beautiful clean Villa with wonderful pool and amazing views. The villa is located in a peaceful area and literally 2 min walk from what seemed like our private beach! The sun terrace and outdoor dining areas are simply wonderful. The beaches in the area are probably some of the best I've been to anywhere in the Mediterranean! Some great restaurants a few minutes drive away. The owner Mark is very helpful for advice. I cant say enough about this villa, truly special for a great holiday! Villa Montali next to Forte Village - Condominium Stella Marina
Great Location

The location suited our party of 4 very well. Only a 10 minute drive from Pula with the excellent Roman ruins at Nora next door and plenty of places to eat. Lovely beach 10 minutes south at Chia. The Villa was great, only 300 metres from another lovely beach. The only downside was the way the owner issued instructions about what not to do. Threats of loosing our deposit if we didn't put out the rubbish out correctly did not go down very well, oh and don't forget to fold the bedsheets before you leave! … see more

Late summer holiday

This was the second time we stayed at vilaggio I fari. We brought another couple to stay with us as there is plenty of room and 2 bathrooms. Very relaxing place to stay with lots of beaches nearby. However many places close down in September so the resort was very quiet. Still lots of restaurants open but nothing on site. Swimming pool was also closed. The house could do with a few repairs and as its low season there was some early morning noise from repair work on the site. Perfection

We stayed here in July for our wedding anniversary, and thanks to this apartment and the warm and attentive hosts we had the perfect week. The apartment is spotless and the views are beautiful, we had many dinners on the front balcony watching the sun set over the harbour so romantic. The location is perfect, very peaceful and safe but only a short walk (5-10 mins) to the bus station and the old town. The apartment block felt very safe and clean, but the lift only goes up to the 4th floor, so you have to walk up the last flight of stairs. I only mention this as we took our baby boy so we had to carry him and his pushchair up to the top, but it didn’t bother us in the least. The balconies are very large, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the interior is modern with traditional accents. There was a beautiful hamper when we arrived, with milk, butter, biscuits, brioche, jams etc which we were very grateful for as we arrived late at night. The air conditioning was a real relief as the weather was very hot in July. We recommend the apartment to a friend who also had a magnificent week in Alghero this October. It really is touching how caring and generous Giovanna and Gavin are to their guests, they will go above and beyond always offering ways to help you. The appartment is very close tot the beach, and big for a family.

We stayed at Elisabettas' appartment because it was very xlose to the Poetto beach. The flat is big, with two terraces, and a big kitchen. We like it very much. If we yould go ince more to Cagliari we would choose it once more. … see more
