“Fantastic villa” This villa has everything you could need, it is very well equiped and furnished beautifully. The location is perfect for trips to the parks, the street is very peaceful. Pool was kept well,plenty of sunbeds/loungers etc. 5 minute drive to Wallmart which sells everything. Robin was a fantastic help from the start of my booking. Would definately stay here again and recommend to others.

“Beautiful spacious villa” Our party of 9 enjoyed this beautiful spacious well equipped villa at legacy park ..had everything we needed. paid for pool heat and it was lovely & warm ..25 minutes from the parks 5 minutes to nearest supermarkets and Applebees would definitely use again ..thankyou David for our stay and for your help and prompt replies

“Lovely vacation home” We were at this home for 8 days and enjoyed our stay. Check in instructions were clear. There were only 4 of us but the house could easily hold 8 people comfortably. The kitchen was well equipt with all the cooking and grilling utensils we needed. We enjoyed having 2 living areas for the adults and teens. The neighborhood was very peaceful. Margaret was very responsive to my emails. It is located within 28 miles of Universal and within a 20 min ride to Disney Springs. I would recommend it for a relaxing vacation.

“Best Places To Stay - Home Away From Home” This was without a doubt, a highlight of our holiday! Flying for just on 20 hours, to arrive at the biggest, cleanest, well organised, beautiful home was a godsend. We had everything at our finger tips. Nothing but food and detergent was bought. On recommendation of the owner, a car was also hired, you definitly need a car for Orlando. We went to every theme park and drove down to some Everglades and had an airboat ride as well, so you will need to hire a car. The neighbourhood is friendly, the supermarket is less than 5 minutes away in your car and restaurants not too far either. The theme parks are about 15 minutes away, but it didnt feel that long driving there, and when we got home, we got to swim in the beautiful pool. Loved this place and would highly recommend to anyone.

“Relaxing experience and a great stay” Was unsure at the beginning about staying here from the other posts on this site, but after talking to Sylvia and getting her prompt reassurance we booked the property. Glad we did, the place was very clean and had lots of room to relax. Spent the mornings outside the back yard before venturing down to the pool with the kids. We cooked most of our meals at the property and had to travel about 30min to go in closer to Orlando to more popular dining places. Had to call Sylvia once for a concern and she responded quickly having someone over within the hour to look at very impressed! Over all it was a great stay everyone had fun. If you just want to relax in the sun and go to the pool with the kids this is the place. You are away from the busy areas but still close to enjoy them if you want. We will be coming back next year for sure!

“Amazing all round, Location is perfect! Could not fault..” Perfect is all i really have to say here. The owners are amazingly friendly and helpful.
