“lovely” Quiet residential area - nice grounds, pool and surroundings. Excellent restaurant at the top of the road. House was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Reasonable walk into town centre but local bus available. All in all a good spot.

“Perfect accommodation, excellent position” The apartment was just what we required, clean, modern, bright, short stroll to beach, restaurants, bars, shops. Very well equipped, loved the roof terrace and the awning great for those who need shade! Antonella was lovely, gave us a tour and explained how everything worked. We have visited Nerja several times and this is the best place we have stayed. Would highly recommend, we will return.

“Lovely, comfortable apartment with amazing views” We spent a very comfortable 9 days at the apartment. The apartment is very well equipped, and we found everything we needed. Bed and sofa very comfortable. The views from the apartment's balcony are superb, and a great place to sit and watch the sun set with a glass of wine! The pool is very clean, and at the time we visited, it was very quiet. Nerja itself is a lovely town, with plenty of good restaurants and cafes, and people seemed very friendly. The only downside is the walk back up the hill to the apartment, but anyone with even moderate fitness would manage it without too much of a problem. The first few days of our visit was Nerja's Feria (festival) - if you visit at this time, be prepared to get involved in the very late night/early morning festivities, as the music is pretty loud late into the night. If you're there at this time, go with the philosophy of "if you can't beat them, join them!". All in all, this is a fabulous apartment in a lovely unspoilt Spanish time, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, and we hope to go back.

This small, picturesque beach is surrounded by cliffs, and there’s no direct access to cars, so you’d never know you’re just metres away from all the shops and restaurants you could want.
Nerja’s main tourist beach, Burriana, is considerably larger and ideal for families—a huge stretch of soft sand lined by palm trees and watched carefully by lifeguards. Burriana has earned Blue Flag status, meaning its water quality and safety are among the best in the world.
Unusual attractions
Off the beach, Nerja has some fascinating attractions for the intrepid explorer. The Nerja Caves are a vast cave system almost five kilometres long, containing dozens of prehistoric cave paintings and the world’s largest stalagmite. It was discovered accidentally by a group of children in 1959!
The Eagle Aqueduct is a more recent attraction. This stunning, four-storey aqueduct was first built in the 19th century and is still used today. You can walk to the aqueduct from nearby Maro. In fact, the whole area is excellent for hiking.
