“Wonderful spacious house in perfect location” 2nd visit to this lovely modern townhouse in a great location in the wonderful resort of Llandudno with the family including little Oliver who loves all the space the property affords. Amanda and David are great hosts offering advice and support at all times, and their property is pristine with all the amenities necessary to make this a home from home. “Great location, spotless premises and superb value for money.” My wife and I over the years have continually been disappointed with the state of hotels and a variety of venues even after spending large amounts for rooms. What a surprise to find such a spotlessly clean cottage and also having Mark meet us there personally to show us around. A view of the sea and mountains from the bedroom window, Llandudno a stones throw away and Snowdonia within easy reach by car. I recommend you drive from Llandudno to Betsw-y-coed and up from there on the A5 to Bangor. On the way park by the toilets on the left by lake Ogwin and behind the toilets is a mountain stream and a path up to a lake. As a photographer I count this as the most stunning spot we saw without having to walk miles. Return from Bangor to Llandudno along the coast on the A55. We were privileged to have a tawny owl and young around the cottage which we watched from the patio at dusk. At the bottom of the hill is a supermarket and Chinese takeaway which were very convenient. One of the most enjoyable holidays we have ever had!

“Superb house” We enjoyed a brilliant week here with our family including grandchildren. Wonderful spacious accommodation with beautiful views from the Little Orme to the Conway Mountains. The house is very well equipped with first class linen and towels. It’s in a good sheltered position within walking distance to the town, the Great Orme and Haulfre Gardens.we hope to return one day!

“Brilliant property for family gatherings.” Beautiful property - large rooms, lovely furnishings and really well equipped. We booked as somewhere to have a family Christmas and it was ideal for us. Lots of room to spread out and a great kitchen that had everything we needed. The owner Michelle, was very helpful and kindly decorated and prepared the house for Christmas and it looked lovely. Probably the most relaxing Christmas I have had in years despite all the cooking! We didn't get to use the garden as it was December but our little dog was very happy to potter around out there and it looked like it would have been great in the summer. Within a 1/2 mile of the sea and within walking distance of the Little Orme where we saw the seals on Boxing Day which was a treat. Great holiday. Thank you.

“Home from Home” As soon as we went through the front door we knew we were going to enjoy our stay at the Nook. I am partially disabled so I struggled a little with the stairs but did manage using my walking stick. The property had everything we wanted including a walk in shower which was great for me. We also had a lovely welcome gift on arrival for ourselves and our little dog who unfortunately died earlier in the year. There property has a lovely back garden and a patio area with a bbq. The owners are very helpful and Ruth is always a phone call away if you have a problem. The beach is in walking distance as is the town, but we used the car each day for my benefit and we were able to park free all day with my disabled badge. We are hoping to come back next year as we enjoyed our stay so much.

“Cosy cottage, fantastic location” Escape cottage really lived up to its glowing reviews. The location is fabulous, right next to the famous tramway, lovely views and really close to all the local attractions. Fantastic walks right from the door, along the "Invalid's Walk" to catch the sunset at the west shore, or through the lovely Haulfre Gardens and up the lung busting zig zag path to the top of the Great Orme. The cottage was a delight. Clean, comfortable and well equipped with amazing views from the lovely outdoor space. Sky telly and good wifi a definite bonus for our kids. We were there at easter with some mixed (mostly good!) weather but the cottage was nice and warm when we needed it. Lovely touches like easter eggs for the kids and Vinny and Laura even met us at the station and gave us a lift with our luggage. A fantastic welcome to a very beautiful part of the country. Highly recommended!

“Lovely Cottage” The cottage was beautiful - everything you could wish for to have a lovely holiday. Excellent location for walking to everything in LLandudno and easy drive into the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Unfortunately we had to leave early as my dad became very ill :( Would happily book again and thoroughly recommend.

“Fantastico” Well furnished clean and cosy with great views and the added bonus of a roof terrace which was lovely to sit outside In and also a conservatory if its a bit cooler.its less than 3 mins to the beach and the bus stop and walking into town leisurely takes about 20 mins.lots of places to visit in and around Llandudno ,a truly lovely apartment and we look forward to going back again

“Fantastic stay!” Wonderfully clean. Location picturesque. Cottage quaint, with all modern conveniences. Cottage garden beautiful and used daily to sit and relax in. Owner very helpful. Fantastic stay - but probably helped by getting the best week of weather, of the year so far!
