“Wyndham Palm Way review” Lovely villa, easy to find just off the 192 and easily accommodates 9 people so perfect for a large family holiday. Easy to get to the parks and out for food but you will need a car. Good value for money although it is a little dated inside and could do with a bit of an update - everything was functioning (except the blinds in the lounge) and we felt very at home. Just enough plates and things to keep you going and starter stuff was good as we landed on Christmas Eve. Free wifi was a blessing! The development is well maintained and we felt very safe as the gates were always manned. We didn't use the club house or pool but my husband said they looked good. The pool is a great size and clean as well as easy to operate although I would have liked the water just a bit warmer - I would imagine perfect temperature in the summer. Beds were really comfy and the place was clean - the use of the laundry room a bonus that all my family came home with the washing done. Would certainly recommend, just keep in mind it's value against its fit out. Kate was great to deal with! Thanks for lending us your holiday home we had a fab holiday!

“Awesome condo” Do to problems at work I was not able to vacation with my two friends but they told me that the condo was awesome in every way, great location, great amenities, convenient to Disney World which was their main reason for going, and beautifully decorated. They loved it!

“The best villa we've ever had!” We have been visiting Florida since 2000 and this is definitely the cleanest, most comfortable villa we have ever stayed in. There was nothing else that we could have asked for - it really was a home away from home! The area was lovely and quiet, the local neighbours were friendly and it was the perfect distance from the main attractions. There are not many places you can sunbathe and watch an alligator sunbathing at the same time! Would definitely reccommend and hope to return soon! “Extremely comfortable with everything you need for your stay.” We have stayed at this villa on numerous occasions, and will continue to return in the future. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, close to all local amenities such as shops, restaurants, and attractions. The location is also a reasonably quick drive from both of Orlando's airports. The villa is extremely comfortable, fully furnished in an American style to get you in the mood for your holiday. There are three bedrooms, one en suite, a large family room with cable TV, dining room, well equipped laundry room and table hockey and pool table in the spacious garage. Along with the computer games, there is plenty to keep the kids occupied if you decide to have a night in. The swimming pool is ideal for all ages and is screened from the others by well kept bushes and plants. The pool has stepped access at the shallow end, and gradually slopes to the deeper side. As already stated, local supermarkets are just a short drive away, where you can mix with the real Americans, who are all very polite and very friendly. It's easy and cheap to buy the essentials for your stay at these shops. The villa is also ideally situated for the theme parks, being only about 10 / 12 miles from Disney and can be accessed on a direct route from the villa. This road is a a joy to drive as it is well signposted and despite there being three lanes for traffic, the roads are normally very quiet. In fact, getting around the whole area is very easy in deed. I would highly recommend this villa as a holiday location, not only for the facilities provided, but also for the helpful, friendly service provided by the holiday villa owners who have been a joy to deal with,and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future. You will no be disappointed.

“We will not be going anywhere else!” This was our second stay at the beautiful villa. Local to all the best restaurants, Wall-Mart and Target for food shops. With only a 15 minute drive we were in the theme parks, International Drive and only 45 minutes from Lego Land. The views from the pool across the lakes are so relaxing, a peaceful location and private. With plenty of room for the whole family, all the rooms are kitted out to a high standard, themed for the kids as well! We will not be looking for anywhere else when we return, only here!

“Highly recommended - Great place with all you need” Took the family to Disney for a few days in March and found Lee's place on VRBO - first time we use this service. This home is amazing, the whole family loved the pool, hot tub, games room, and overall comfort. Nice quiet neighborhood, tons of restaurants very close by. We went to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom, and both were about 15 minutes away. Special thanks to Lee who was extremely kind and helpful, walking me through the VRBO process as well as providing advice on how to make the best of our Disney visits. Will definitely reach out again next time we plan a Disney trip.

“Very comfortable home from home with the sun” We had a great time at Christine’s villa. The villa is extremely well located in a very quiet, residential area just outside Kissimmee. The villa is very easy to find from the airport, and is just off the US 192 and close to the freeways. Very central to Disney, and a not too distant drive to Universal, close to all the shopping malls and within a short distance to many restaurants, Black Angus almost on the doorstep. The villa itself was very well equipped, everything necessary for a great stay was there, all the amenities from cooking to internet, really made you feel at home, with the added benefit of the pool and sun. We would certainly recommend the villa to our family and friends and are planning another visit next year. Christine was very helpful, good communication, with clear concise details of getting to and accessing the villa. Thanks again we really did have a memorable holiday, and great stay.

“Perfect home away from home” This is is in an amazing location. All Disney has to offer is within a 20 minute drive as well as Walmart, Aldi’s and many restaurants are right around the corner. This is a small development that is very well lit and has sidewalks for evening strolls. There is a small children’s playground in the development. The villa exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean & very comfortable. There is plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy the wall mounted TV in the living room on the 3 couches. The bedrooms are comfortable. The outstanding attraction for this home is the huge south facing pool & spa. We were here for 5 weeks & had the pool heated. The water temperature was so comfortable even When going for a swim before bed. Peter was excellent to rent from. He responded quickly to any questions & was very helpful. His management company was quick to respond to a minor issue and was very friendly. Overall this is the best villa we have rented in the Orlando area over the past 3 years and is an exceptional value for the price. We would highly recommend this villa & will book again. “A sanctury from the parks!” We stayed in the villa for 18 nights from the end of June into July and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or return ourselves. As a family of 5 (3 boys aged 17,14 & 11) this very private, spacious, well equipped villa was perfect. After a hectic day at parks/shops returning here reminded us that holidays are about relaxation too! The swimming pool and pool table were well utilised by us all. The neighbourhood is so peaceful it really is a contrast to the rest of the holiday. The villa is maybe slightly further from the parks than some Kissimmee properties (30 mins to Universal in moving traffic slightly less for SeaWorld and Disney) but well worth that extra drive for the peace and privacy this neighbourhood provides. We found using the toll road (75 cents) the quickest way to access/leave the Int4 at busy times........ it's definitely worth heading to the parks early not just to avoid the traffic but also the queues, particularly at this popular/busy time of year. The owners are really helpful and accommodating. We all had a fantastic holiday and none of us wanted to come home!

“Great house and community for a great price!” Stayed in Rob Burton's house with a family of 2 adults and two boys aged 4 & 9 for a full month in September 2011. The photos on holiday lettings UK definately don't do the house justice, it's nice and spacious and is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Our boys enjoyed having their own space upstairs but made sure they made the most of the ensuite spa bath! The house is more or less next to one of the small pools - we called this our private pool as we had it to ourselves nearly every time we used it. It's also next to the tennis, basketball & volleyball courts. Again we had some fun with the tennis racquets and balls that were in the home. Venetian Bay is a lovely, quiet and well maintained community that's 2 minutes away from a 24 hour Walmart, 5 minutes from a non-touristy shopping centre (The Loop) and has really easy access to main roads to get to all of the parks, etc. We also enjoyed being close to downtown Kissimmee which is a bit more of a 'real' town and again less touristy. The only fault I could find was that the bedrooms were very light in the mornings, but really that's just our family's personal taste I guess. All in all a fantastic stay and I'd recommend this place to anyone.

“3 weeks of luxury” I have just arrived back in the UK from a fantastic 3 weeks in this Villa and am already looking at booking it again for next year. Excellent location in terms of parks, shops, places to eat and night time peace. Lovely clean, spacious and inviting home which makes a perfect end to an exhaustive day walking around the theme parks all day. Me and my partner loved sitting at the pool overlooking the lake with all the wildlife including turtles, large birds, deer and the occasional alligator.
