“Excellent” We travel to Florida regularly staying at different property whenever we're in Florida. This year we wanted a different type of accommodation with swimming pool and more space due to number of us traveling. We found this property contacted the owner (Gary & Lorraine). Since the time we've contacted them, they've been excellent, giving us as much information as possible from UK. On arriving in the State, Gary & Lorraine continued been helpful as much as possible, ensuring our stay at their property is as relaxing and comfortable as possible. The house is clean, swimming pool well looked after, we all enjoyed the game room and we’ll love to return to this property again. Thanks a lot Gary & Lorraine.

“Great location - Fantastic property” We had a fantastic two weeks at Disney Paradise. It is ideally located for the Disney parks and Universal Studios. The rooms were comfortable, well furnished, clean and airy. The children loved the pool and going to the cinema to watch the film we had booked. Thank you for a great base for a fantastic holiday.

“Fantastic villa in a great location.” We loved this villa. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit the Disney, Universal and Seaworld Attractions as well as Busch Gardens and Clearwater. The villa itself was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and very spacious. The pool wasn't overlooked at all and had lovely views. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for great accommodation in a quiet location but still close enough to all the area has to offer. “Great house Great location Great Holiday :)” We stayed at legacy park for two weeks and had a wonderful holiday. There was four adults and four children in our party the house met all our expectations. it was so spacious and having two master suites was just perfect for both adult couples. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids and the adults alike especially after a hot day at the parks! The jacuzzi was lovely to soak in too! The house has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday :). There is a Publix supermarket 5 minutes away from the house and and a larger Walmart no more than 10 minutes away. The area the house situated in is so quite and peaceful we loved it and will consider another trip back to this house in the future. Tim was a total pleasure to book with no question was to much trouble his customer service is of a very high standard I would totally recommend a trip to this this lovely home. Tim's management company in Florida also run to the same high standard of customer service I needed to contact them during my stay and they sorted my query they very same day excellent service all round.

“Superb from start to finish - the best holiday rental we have ever had” This was our first trip to Florida to do the theme parks- and looking for accommodation was hard when you did not know the area. We found this gem and from the very first enquiry to our last good-bye after 2 hectic weeks- it was nothing short of fantastic. It was also amazing value compared to our usual rentals in Europe. Yvonne could not have been more helpful - with speedy responses to even the most mundane queries before booking after we paid the deposit and before we travelled! When we arrived (simple directions provided from Orlando airport) the property exceeded all of our expectations - the house is fabulous - immaculate throughout and so well equipped with everything you could need (even coolers and drinks bottles to take with you and ponchos for the Florida rain!!!) The rooms are spacious, the pool and surrounding area fantastic and when you add smart TV, excellent WiFI a table tennis table and typical US laundry facilities in the garage - it had absolutely everything you could want for a family (we were 2 adults and 4 teenagers but we could have fitted another 2 comfortably!) The estate which the house is in is beautiful and so well maintained - and the communal Clubhouse with a 20m pool and small air conditioned gym was an ideal way to exercise in the Florida heat. Less than a mile away from a great supermarket and ideally placed to get to all the parks (and even get home for lunch and a swim out of the heat before returning later) - I cannot find even a minor criticism to offer. Superb!!

“What a truly superb villa!” We had an amazing time at this villa. The owners are incredibly helpful and arranged for a locksmith to come out to us straight away when I accidentally locked the bedroom closet! The décor and fittings are up to a very high spec and the pool was lovely. The estate that the property is on is very private and quiet and perfectly situated for getting on to the main roads to Disney and Universal, as well as the coast and the Keys. Walmart is at the top of the road which proved invaluable. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to relax after a mad day in Orlando! We can't wait to go back!

“Excellent spacious and lovely location” We stayed in this villa as part of our fly drive for the last five days. I found the villa through trip adviser and there was never a problem . The owners are UK based and so communication and booking was very easy. It said in the advert that it is 3 bedroomed but unless I can't count there are 4? It would easily accommodate two families of four as there is plenty of room and all the facilities you could want. The pool and patio area is great because it overlooks a lake as advertised and its lovely to just sit, relax and watch the wild life. We have stayed in a few villas before but for us this location is much better than being down the US 27. You are much closer here to many attractions and shopping and its so easy to get to the airport from here. Would highly recommend this property. Thanks to the owners!

“Great house near the parks” We stayed at Veronicas for 3 weeks. The house was perfect for us lots of space and a real home from home feel. It had everything we could possibly want and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was lovely clean and warm. It was in a quiet residential area with easy access to the parks. Can I say we have read the review about the smell of the water from the shower and taps from the people who stayed just after us and we did not have any problem with this at all and I have a good sense of smell especially having 2 small boys ! Also yes there are tolls but it really is only a small amount $1/$2 and they do give change at the booths. Veronica and Josie were very good to deal with and we very much hope to go back again and would not hesitate in booking this house again.

“August 2011 Holiday” Was great to return to Cumbrian Lakes for what was our 4th visit but our 1st to this Villa, we wasn't disappointed it was beautiful over looking the lake with the waterfall and all the birds you could watch. It was extra special to watch the Alligator and he made a daily appearance for us! Many's Chop House on the US 27 in Haines City s a definate visit, with hot rolls with cinnamon butter and enderless salad with the Entrees and Happy Hour 2 for 1 drinks 4-7pm. Thank you Maureen and family for a great place to stay, we will book again in future with you as a family or even the grand-parents.

“Beautifully appointed 4 Bdm Villa in great location - Pride of Ownership” Centrally located in a new development in Kissimmee, this Villa truly provides a home away from home experience. The unit is very tastefully decorated, extremely well equipped and is spacious. The pictures are exactly what you will find or better. Backing onto a forest, there is plenty of wild life (deer) and bird sanctuary. Major shopping is close by including a SAM's club within 1/2 mile. The owners are exceptionally pleasant and caring to your needs. If you are looking for a great place to relax, laze by the pool and soak up the sun or if you want a base close to the parks or outlets then Veranda Palms Villa is definitely the place for an Orlando vacation. “Home from Home” When we arrived, we were all pleasantly surprised at how spacious the property was and exactly like the photos on the website. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. There were 3 separate lounging areas within the house, but we mostly spent our evenings outside on the comfy chairs on the patio. All the bedrooms had ample space to store clothing, all with separate dressing rooms which meant luggage was tucked away out of sight. There was also a whole cupboard full of clean white towels for inside use and lots of beach towels for the pool area. There was a comprehensive manual in the kitchen which contained useful details such as what day the bin was to be emptied to take-away menus for the local restaurants. The games room was well equipped and the pool (although a little chilly as we opted not to heat it) still got lots of use. The villa is situated in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood – the nearest amenities a mile up the road and the theme parks about 20 mins. drive away. This was the first time I had rented a holiday home online and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I received lots of correspondence from the owners before and after the holiday. You get a choice of optional extra's but there wasn't any hidden costs. No matter how fantastic and fun-filled our days were, being able to return to this villa in the evening to chill out and relax was just perfect. We all love Florida – thanks David and Nola for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

“Just had a fabulous holiday” Just had a fabulous holiday with our daughter,son-in-law and 3 grandchildren.We all loved the house and felt at home from the moment we arrived. The area is lovely, quiet and residential but close to all the attractions. Wonderful Walmart 5 mins by car. The children especially loved the pool with all the toys and the games room. We would not hesistate to recommend this place to anyone.

“A wonderful villa that had everything we wanted” Our family had a super holiday in Florida and the Villa was just perfect. Everything we needed. Kitchen with more than enough with plenty of cutlery and utensils. Plenty of space, great pool area and all I. A quiet location which is not overlooked. “Great house, plenty of room for all 10 of us!” We enjoyed our Christmas vacation at Tuscan Hills. Very nice development. The only issues we had was with the queen bed in the I suite. The spring was sticking up in the mattress and my daughter had Togo buy 2 foam egg crates which cost $70. We had to leave them because we were not able to travel home with them. Hopefully the next family will use them. Other than that ,everything was great. The refrigerator is abit small with that many people though. Loved the pool and the hot tub. It was nice and warm. Had a small issue with the pool but it was fixed right away. Would definitely stay there again!

“Beautiful villa, with everything you need for perfect holiday” Could not have been more pleased to arrive at this beautiful villa, the pictures don't do it justice, it's so spacious , clean and relaxing. Just what you need after busy day at one of the parks to chill out beside the lovely pool (bigger than we were expecting) . The villa is not overlooked and is in fantastic location , we were able to get to the parks in less than 30 minutes but there were also large supermarkets and plenty of restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive. Could not recommend this highly enough
