“Amazing!!” Apartment was fabulous, so much space, every thing you need for a great time,. Views from the terrace are breathtaking, so relaxing too. The complex it's self is very clean & tidy & the gardens are well matained! 10-15 mins into the old town a little hilly to walk back up but was no problem once you found all the short cuts!! Rosemary was a pleasure to deal with & answered all our questions promptly. Jan the manager booked our transfers to & from the airport & was on hand should we need her. Really enjoyed our stay so much so we,ve already booked for next year! This apartment could well be our forever holiday home. !! Thank you rosemary for allowing us to use your holiday home!!

“40th Birthday Bash” I booked this for a party of 16 guys for my 40th birthday from 26th to 30th April. The villa was fantastic, it was in a perfect location to get to the night life and a short ride away from the old town. The pool was an excellent place to socialise and have a laugh during the day, with enough sunbeds to accommodate the full party and more. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, and we are already thinking about coming back next year. The management company were so easy to work with, and also help with the transfer booking from the airport and back again. The villa would also be ideal for group family bookings as more than enough bedrooms/bathrooms to cater for varying parties.

“Great spot for adults and children alike!” My family and I stayed at Vista Baia for 10 nights last May and had a great time. The Apt. was perfect for both the adults and our 2 small children. The pool was never crowded, lots of toys for the kids to play with, beach, beach bars, bus and train stops all within 2 min walk. Massive outside area to play in whether in the shade or in the sunshine. Really nice inside the apt. very modern and clean. Just can't fault it! My daughter now asks when we are going on holiday to our other house!!

“Modern accommodation in super location” Just returned from Mr Santiago's lovely ground floor apartment. Doesn't overlook pool area which suited us, since it's quieter but still convenient . Secure grounds and shuttered windows and doors meant few concerns regarding our 4 & 2 year old grandchildren. Communal areas well maintained. Within 5 or so mins. walk of beach, harbour and excellent restaurants, bars and village centre amentities in Alvor. Furnishings comfortable IKEA standard, which is fine for family holiday use. Owner has invited us to make suggestions to make the guest experience even better. I was concerned that a contract wasn't forthcoming from the owner, but everything went as promised and planned. Already looking forward to visiting Alvor again in future and wouldn't hesitate in booking the same apartment.Alvor is great for families but I wouldn't recommend it for those seeking a lively night-life.

“Spacious, well equipped villa” We had a lovely 2 week stay at this villa which was in a quiet location and spacious enough for our two families. The new bathrooms and kitchen are modern and clean, the kitchen was well equipped. We were greeted by Patricia who was very friendly and left a lovely welcome basket. It was a pleasant 15/20 minute walk to the centre with its many restaurants, shops and evening entertainment. Part of the walk back was up a steep hill but we all found Sangria and ice cream helped! We also stayed in a few nights and made use of the BBQ, buying some lovely meat from the Intermarche butcher. Maria, the maid, was very friendly and came twice a week, there were plenty of towels in all the bathrooms and some for the pool too. Sky as a big plus for the sport and general channels and a bonus that it was in English. All in a all a very relaxing holiday.

“5 Star, Exclusive & Luxury!” The property and grounds are simply beautiful, so clean and secure, we felt really safe with the kids here. The planting, pools and homes are beautiful. What is so lovely, is that this holiday really felt like home from home, because it is someones home, you immediately relax. The location is perfect, 5 minutes to the nearest beach, marina and Lidl! Food and booze is so reasonable. The roads are really easy to navigate around and we learnt our way around the place so quickly! The house was gorgeous, the room were luxury. We had a relative with restricted mobility, so having a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor next to the main access door, kitchen, lounge and patio to pool was such a big help. Having a washing machine was just so helpful too! The kitchen too was beautiful, with Siemens oven and dishwasher - bliss! Sam really helped us settle in, all the leaflets of where to go, personal recommendations on restaurants and entertainment was great, along with must visit beaches! We made some wonderful memories here and can't wait to book for 2018! Highly recommended!

“good location” Just returned from our first stay in the apartment. I was pleasantly surprised as to how big it was. The view was great and the distance from the town and marina made it a very nice relaxing break. “Excellent complex, immaculate, no fuss, superb location” Spent a really enjoyable week, the apartment is finished to the highest standard. Spacious, modern, excellent kitchen, superb shower! Complex is lovely, neat gardens, very well kept, however with minimum fuss. The pool area very well designed, 2 pools, ensuring maximum peace and quiet even for those without children. Pool bar offered a range of snacks at lunch time, delivered with minimum fuss, by friendly and polite staff. Location of the apartment meant it was a short stroll into the village that was home to many lovely restaurants, suiting all budgets! This was our second visit to Praia Da Luz and we will certainly come back again.

“Perfect holiday place” We stayed for two weeks in this apartment and it was perfect. Being a family of 5 we decided to choose 2bc hoping it would be big enough for us and it was perfect not once did we feel on top of each other after returning from the pool or beech to a fully air conditioned apartment which hit you as soon as you were in the door absolutely lovely. The bedrooms were good size and plenty of wardrobe and draw space for two weeks clothes. The kitchen was well equipped for a self catering stay with plenty of room in the fridge and freezer for food shopping. The living space was spacious with plenty of seating area and a full range of channels to choose from on tv. The roof top terrace gives fantastic views over the old village and surrounding area. Overall a great place to stay for a holiday in the old village.

“Perfect, fantastic!!” Stunning village of Carvoeiro, apartment in perfect location, spacious, clean and most comfortable, bed really comfy! Pool clean, used most days. Beach 5 minutes walk away and ice cream on every corner! Kitty recommended lovely places to eat, but wherever you go food is very good. Aircon available and really needed, 2 very hot weeks. Lots of info in the apartment and Kitty & Manuel available if you need anything. Overall the best 2 weeks away we've had with our teenage girls! Would highly recommend a stay here, huge balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Thanks Kitty & Manuel, see you again soon! Thank you xx

“Delightful family villa in a secluded location with views of the sea” Casa Jenard was all that the owner, Jennifer, said it would be when we booked it. It is an excellent family villa in a secluded location, but still only 20 minutes to Luz beach. We went with our daughter, partner and granddaughter, who all had a wonderful, particularly around the heated pool. The villa also had every amenity we needed. Jennifer and her agents quickly and efficiently resolved a couple of minor issues we had and I can't recommend them and the villa highly enough. We will definitely go back.

“Lovely villa in alberfura” We went on this holiday with our family and grandchildren aged 15,10 and 18 months, we really loved the Villa it has a lovely pool and patio area and is really clean and well equipped plenty of towels,crockery and cutlery with a washing machine,iron and ironing board.The only problem we had was that it could be noisy being close to a bar,but we knew this before we booked.I would definitely book the Villa again and the rest of the family said the same,everything is in walking distance so we didn't need to use taxis or buses to get around.We arranged the airport transfers when we booked our holiday and everything went smoothly can't wait to come back again.
