“The Wow Factor House” This house certainly has the wow factor - this is accommodation of the highest order. The location is within easy walking distance of both shores, shops and restaurants. Llandudno is a lovely Town, and is an ideal base for exploring the wonders of North Wales. Excellent off road parking, which would prove a bonus in the summer season. David and Amanda provided excellent support and information together with a very welcome pack of ‘goodies’. I have no hesitation in recommending this spacious townhouse.

“Best of the best” This was our fourth year at the house and it was as fantastic as our past visits. Mark goes the extra mile to make this home from home and supplies much more than any other place we have stayed. We love North Wales so this is a fantastic location to explore all the arrears around. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else and have already booked the house for next year. Thanks again Mark, so looking forward to next year.

“Excellent value for money, beautiful location, considerate owner!” My husband and I picked this location as our first Trip Advisor holiday cottage. It is small but well presented, set away from the main roads and on the same property as the proprietress, Seunghee. The location is excellent, at the top of a hill to the town (very steep and lengthy walk, not for the unfit), there is a pub and a convenience store a short, easy walk away and it is very peaceful. Make sure you use the driving directions to the house that Seunghee provides - she knows what she's talking about!! Access to the house is very straightforward if you follow those direction and makes it easy to find after a day exploring. There are some comments that the cottage is too close to the owners house - Seunghee and her family are very considerate and we used the curtains and blinds as all tenants should - this for us was therefore never a problem. Our niggles with the property are minor - the cottage is in need of some TLC and updating, the wi-fi is a bit flaky and we noticed that the toilet's cleaning materials were left out loose (we've been told that this has been sorted after our departure, so shouldn't be a point now!). However the house for us was very clean and tidy with cutlery, cooking utensils, towels and blankets, even local takeaway menus. Seunghee saw to our every need. She is extremely conscientious and thoughtful towards her guests, writing out a list of local areas to visit off the beaten path and even baked us a home made chocolate cake (exquisite). We had a huge problem with the hot water and Seunghee went out of her way to make sure we looked after whilst it was being fixed, so we haven't a single complaint about how it was handled and it did not spoil our holiday. The need for some investment and attention to the house is the only reason we haven't rated this a five. But in just about every other aspect this house is a real gem. It is EXCELLENT value, an ideal location, perfect size for couples, even has a zoo within walking distance but most of all is Seunghee - she is an excellent hostess.

“Excellent venue for family gathering” Wonderful, well equipped and cozy farmhouse; loads of space for everyone and a huge dining table that seats 14+ people. Setting is beautiful, quiet, but packed with wildlife to keep you amused while in the kitchen. Owner is ultra helpful if required and we are planning our next visit! I strongly recommend.

“Excellent” Came for my wife's birthday along with 12 others. We had a brilliant stay.its a great location if you want the beach/Rhyl. There is 2 pubs within 200 yards of the property.We had a very nice walk along the seafront and over the harbour bridge.i would definitely recommend this property.There is plenty of room for everyone.we will 100% be booking again. The owners are very nice too.

“Idilic” We stayed at the cottage for 3 nights,we'd gone to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary. The cottage is beautifully decorated,homely, clean and is in the most ideal location to go sightseeing. Stunning views are only a few steps away. Can't wait to return, even looked at properties, thinking that we might retire to Conwy.

“Delightful house in convenient location” Beautiful house in a really good location.The four bedrooms were good for our extended family. the weather was so warm that we ate outside at the huge garden table very day. The location was convenient for the very local small beach and only 10 minutes from Llandudno with lots of facilities. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is about 15mins from the house. the house had everything you could want including two lounges and a big kitchen. Thoroughly recommended.

“Nice house quiet area” Close to sea front and amenities we walked every where we needed to go, our car remained parked at the house during our stay. The train station is only a 20 minute walk away and the local buses will get you anywhere you want to go. Ideal place to stay if you don't want to drive.

“A fantastic stay - home from home, but much bigger - excellent equipment and facilities.” This is one of the best self catering rental houses we have stayed at. The décor was first class as was the equipment provided. Brilliant layout over 3 floors. Rooms so very large that we were seriously impressed, including the large downstairs shower room! The location is spot on for the beach and town centre. Ann, the owner, met us and showed us around and was there to see us off at the end of the holiday - so nice. We will definitely visit again with other members of the family.

“Home from home and much more” Castle Reach was the perfect holiday home for us and our two year old twin daughters. Spacious, clean and well equipped, we felt right at home straight away. The girls loved the attic with all the games and childrens films and books. For the adults there's the huge living room to wile away the evenings chilling out watching the big T.V. or playing with the chess set. Although there isn't parking immediately outside, it wasn't a problem to drop our stuff off (and we had a lot) and we easilly found free parking within a five minute walk. Perfectly located next to the castle and only a couple of minutes from the harbour and all the shops. The owner was really helpful and provided us with all the information we could possibly have needed. Would thouroughly recommend and if we ever venture back to that part of the country Castle Reach will be our first port of call.
