“Wonderful time, beautiful space, fantastic location!” 12 of us very happily and comfortably stayed at Vine Street Studios and had the most wonderful time! Helpful and kind service made us feel welcome coming from overseas. As for the facilities, we really appreciated the love and care that has obviously gone into making this home beautiful, unique, functional and inviting. Despite there being 12 of us, the spacious feel of the studio made it very comfortable. Super kitchen facilities, luxurious furnishings and high quality standard throughout, not to mention an incredible location! Highly recommended and definitely coming back!

“Just perfect for our extended family holiday” Jill and Ben are excellent hosts and they made us feel most welcome in their home. The 'goodies' in the fridge - especially the Cava - were much appreciated after our journey. Broomfield House met our needs perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped; the long table was great for family meals, playing board games and colouring in books. It was also a real bonus to have two comfortable lounges, both with TVs. We were lucky with the weather so could make full use of the lovely garden: it was an ideal playing area for our grandchildren and for barbecues. The house is well situated. There is a very good bus service and we used it for hops into Rottingdean, Brighton and Seaford. We enjoyed an excellent curry from the takeaway at the end of the road. Sunday lunch, on the decking overlooking the sea, at the Smuggler's Rest was the perfect end to our holiday. 10/10 at the very least!

“Beautiful house....the pictures do not do it justice!” We stayed at Peacehaven Palace for my sisters Hen Weekend and the house was amazing!! Beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped and an ideal base to venture into Brighton! We had amazing weather for our stay which topped it! The garden is perfect for lapping up the sunshine!! The kitchen, dining and living areas are perfect for large groups for socialising, and there is plenty of space! The bedrooms are nicely decorated and beds very comfortable! Anna was brilliant throughout my enquiries about the house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Many of the hens have said they would consider Peacehaven Palace in the future if they ever needed somewhere to stay which accomodates large groups!! Thanks for making our wonderful weekend away!!

“An Amazing Place in an Excellent Location; Highly Recommended” This lovely apartment is in a fantastic location, central for exploring all of Brighton's must-see places. The beach is literally across the road, the pier is a short walk away, the Lanes, North Laines and the Royal Pavilion are again just a short meander away. The marina is not too far, but if you want to hop on a bus or try the Volks electric train, then it just adds to the fun. Despite it's central location, the apartment was very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend this apartment and the owner was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Brighton. Wendy & Phil, Swansea.

“Amazing stay in this fantastic Brighton House!” I stayed at mybrightonpad with a group of 7 other ladies celebrating my sister's hen weekend. We were all very excited about the house as the online pictures looked great, but we were blown away by how nice it was when we arrived. The location is also fantastic, a short (10 minute) walk to pier, bars and the beach. We mainly used the kitchen for all our socialising; it is a fantastic space. Mike was helpful throughout the booking process and the staggered payments helped spread the cost for all those coming. The one slight negative is that there is no outside space, but with the seafront moments away, this didn't worry us. If I could suggest a small improvement, I would also ask for teacups and champagne flutes to be available in the property (there are mugs and wine glasses!). We arranged an afternoon tea on arrival and I brought along my own teacups and flutes for this :-) I highly recommend mybrightonpad; if you are looking for something extra special, this is it!

“The best holiday apartment I've ever been” We spent a week in this amazing flat. As I mentioned above I have never seen spent my holiday in such a well-decorating, spotless apartment. The owners cared about every single details such as washing powder (even for children), wipes, cotton wool, puzzles, a great variety of plates and cutlery, spices. They welcomed us with flowers, good tea, coffee and biscuits. We travelled with a little baby, so they gave us a baby cot, a high chair and even a blender. Apart form that the apartment presents a simple but very pretty style. It's cosy indoor. We would love to come back there some time. P.S. We felt ther as it would have been our home.

“Great location - excellent property” After being a bit sceptic of renting this marvelous home, since we found no reviews about it on-line, we were convinced to go for it after being in contact with Dawn, the property owner. She was quite understanding about our concerns and solved them in an easy way. We were a party of 7 ladies and we were very impressed by this property, the decor, the location, Brighton overall. There was a small problem with the heater in the house, but after calling them up and letting them know, they came to fix it and the rest of our stay was great. The property is on 5 floors, so if people are able to walk stairs, this is an excellent place to stay at. I recommend that you take a look at this property if you are heading for Brighton, it's very close to the beach and close to the main shopping street. We liked it a lot :)

“Beautiful apartment, great place to stay” The Garden Flat was lovely - immaculate and well presented with a fab terrace for bbqs and breakfast. Location was perfect - just a short bus ride into Brighton. Bruce and Julie were very welcoming and I would recommend this property very highly!
