“Fantastic Apartment, Lovely Location” This apartment was really fantastic, lovely and luxurious inside with everything you could want from a holiday. We were left a lovely welcome hamper which was much appreciated. On arrival the whole place was spotlessly clean and with great modern decor. Beds were very comfortable, TV s in all three bedrooms , which my children loved ! Great location as well. Would definetely recommend a stay here and we will be booking again.

“Wonderful view. Great location” The apartment was very clean and tidy. The owner Brian was there to meet us upon arrival. Very nice chap. Location was great just across the road from a lovely quiet beach and only a short drive into Bournemouth itself. Despite storm Aileen we still had a great week. Already planning our next holiday here.

“Relaxing home from home” We really enjoyed our break at your beautiful barn. It was well laid out, beautifully, well stocked with all the utensils you could want. Not too far from the beach, shops, and places to eat. The location was great. We would love to have explored a bit more on foot. Our dog loved it to. There was only a couple of very small down ports. The front door was a bit stif to open and the toilet door downstairs was a little bit stif to open. But this would not put us of coming again.

“Bournemouth” Clear instructions how how to find it. Lovely apartment. Clean and plenty of room for what ee required. Close to all amenities. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Only slight downside we're the neighbours who were very active in the early hours!

“Lovely clean spacious apartment” The property is centrally located to enable easy access to town and beach amenities.The apartment was nice and spacious- good size bedrooms with comfortable double bed- lots of wardrobe and drawer space.all rooms were very clean- bathroom and shower room good size and powerful shower- nice fluffy towels- kitchen larger than expected-everything in there you need-lounge average size but big enough for us all- A great place to stay for family or friends-Although only one car parking space there is a very cheap car park across the road - can't really think of any fault with the property- only minor disappointment was not being able to check in till 4pm and having to check out at 10am- I would go back again and definitely recommend this place to friends -

“Farthing experience.” Thanks Stephen for a lovely stay, it was a pleasure to meet you. The apartment had everything we needed and was in an ideal position - five minutes to either the beach or shops. Loved Bournemouth and Farthings and WE WILL BE BACK. Thanks once again for everything. “Great town centre apartment” The apartment is right in the heart of Bournemouth but as its at the rear of the building it's surprisingly quite and peaceful., there was no noise at night and we slept really well in the comfy large bed. It has a balcony that over looks the central gardens. It has all the facilities you need for your holiday including sky tv, there's also a freeview tv in the bedroom. The owner was extremely helpful including picking us up from the rail station and showing us round and explaining everything. The seafront and pier are only 5 minutes walk. If you don't have a car the local buses go from just round the corner (we got a £15 7 day network pass for the yellow buses from their office) If you want to stay close to all the shops, pubs and eateries just book this apartment!

“A stunning apartment in a beautiful location” We were lucky enough to see in the New year at this modern, comfortable apartment. Having never been to Bournemouth or Boscombe before, we were utterly amazed at the stunning location. Even in December we spent our days on the gorgeous beach flying kites or taking the train along the coast. The photos of the apartment don't do it justice- it's much bigger in real life. From the breath-taking victorian entrance hall to the unique, stylish apartment to the beautiful coastline- I would highly recommend a stay and we will be back soon.

“Lovely, family-friendly apartment” We had a wonderful week long stay in this very well equipped and appointed apartment. It was clean, spacious and comfortable, providing a real home away from home as we explored the local area and beyond. The owner, Liz, was lovely to communicate with and gave lots of helpful information and tips to ensure a great stay. She was also very accommodating and allowed us to book as a family of 5 - we just brought a travel cot along for the littlest - and there was more than enough space for us all. It is brilliantly located for the beach, which was ideal as we had a 4 and 6 year old who weren't keen on trekking too far at the end of long day building sandcastles! The parking was ideal and the outside space was a great feature. The beds were very comfortable and the location nice and peaceful. We will happily book here again when we return to the area as we had a fabulous stay and still have so much more to do and see.

“Perfect apartment, ideal location on the beach” Short walk to beach and sandbanks ferry to Brownsea Island and Studland. No car required. Beautiful sunrise on lovely blue flag sandy beach and amazing sunset over the harbour in the evening. Close to ferries to Guernsey, Jersey and France from Poole. Great days out at Corfe Castle, Swanage, Lulworth Cove, Kimmeridge and Bournemouth. Beautifully appointed apartment with ensuite bathroom and all very modern, light and bright. Nice sunny balcony with views. Great parks nearby, Poole Park, Alum Chine, Sandbanks & Compton Acres. Will definitely book again.

“Ideally situated for beach and town” The location is convenient for beach, gardens and town centre. We never needed to use the car as there is an excellent bus service a few yards from the front door. There was secure parking for each flat. The flat is comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with plentiful crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, as well as dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. We stayed during a very hot spell & found it to be easy to cool down. Check-in was simple, the owner was easy to contact & responded promptly. We loved the flat & hope to return soon.
