“Absolutely Wonderful” A beautiful home in a lovely little complex. Stayed here for a 2 month spring break. “Perfect Villa in a convenient location” This is the 4th time we have come to Javea and Villa Casa Suenos is by far, the best villa we have stayed in. I will start with the host/owner who was pleasant, friendly and seemed like nothing was too much trouble. Communication prior to the trip was excellent and Nick responded promptly. I specifically asked about electric bike hire for my Dad as he enjoys riding but finds normal bikes hard work and Nick provided information of a local bike hire place and there was even a flyer left for us on the table when we arrived at the villa. The Villa itself is superb. It was clean and tidy and the layout suited us down to a tee as the master bedroom was the opposite side to the house, which meant my parents werent woken by the kids getting up early and could have a lie in, unlike me! Nick had even gone to the trouble of leaving us some basics - Milk, Bread, Ham, Cheese which was a really nice touch as I have been to some places and its been stripped of all the essentials, even toilet roll....Not here though. The size of the rooms are fantastic, each with air-con and the 2 main bedrooms both have good size en-suites. The living room is modern and relaxing with TV picking up English channels (and CBeebies - which saved a lot hassle for our 2 & 4 year old who loves Waffle Doggie and Paw Patrol!!!) and the dining room area has plenty of space for 8 people. Hire chairs and travel cots were also provided. The outside space is wonderful although the tiled area between the step and pool can be a little slippery when wet, so we were constantly yelling "No Running" to the kids, although they of course didnt listen! The pool is wonderful and a good size. I thought, from the pictures, it would be smaller than it was, so I was pleasantly surprised. We decided to have the pool heated (at an extra cost) and was SO pleased we did. The weather wasnt cold by any means but the water temperature was cool and even heated to 28 degrees my youngest, after spending some time in the pool, was still shivering a little. I mentioned this to Nick and to the pool man who came round and the temperature was notched up to 30 which was absolutely perfect. The added touch of a hot tub, ping pong table, pool table and trampoline was also great although my Dad was disappointed with the ping pong table, bats and balls because they weren't "of the standard he was used to". Sour grapes really, as I was beating him constantly - bad workman blaming his tools springs to mind! The main food shops and Arenal beach are less than a 5 minute drive away but a car is definitely needed due to the Villa being situated on a hill but have a go at walking or riding it if you are feeling fit! Oh and if you like Indian/Nepalese food - Everest Spice down the road is a must. All in all - this is a AWESOME villa in a great location. I have no doubt that I will be rebooking in the coming years.

“Friendly, peaceful, perfect base.......” Two post is a great place to stay, you can go explore Calpe or relax on the loungers in the sun. Oranges outside your door waiting to be picked, everything there including a welcome pack so you can start winding down straight away. The owners are friendly and helpful but don't bother you. Looking forward to another visit and would highly recommend.
